Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is to let the customer choose their most desired method of shipping. Shipping options are listed on the order page and can be selected when ordering the product.

Payment Options

Credit Cards – We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Your Credit Card information is secure. Our secure servers keep your data safe. We use the industry-standard secure software technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to ensure that the information you enter on your online order is transmitted securely from your web browser to our facilities. The SSL software encrypts your order information to prevent the decoding and misuse of your information by unauthorized individuals. Credit card information is removed upon completion of the online credit card approval process. Credit card information is NOT kept on our internet servers.

Checks or Money Orders- Both paper checks and money orders are accepted. All checks require a 10 day hold before the order will ship. No hold is required on Money Orders or Cashiers Checks upon bank verification.

Purchase Orders – We accept Government, School/University, and Corporate Purchase Orders. Credit approval is required prior to accepting the first purchase order. Contact: Customer Service.

Refund Policy

You may return a product purchased from Cell Buckle LLC for a full refund (less the original shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the product has been removed from its original packaging. To request a refund, please contact our returns department by email or telephone to obtain an RMA number. To receive a refund, all parts must meet our requirements as explained in our Terms & Conditions.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange a product purchased from Cell Buckle LLC for a product of equal or lesser value.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging including a shipping & handling fee of $5.95 in the form of cash, money order or check (Make all checks payable to: Cell Buckle, LLC.)
  • If the product has been removed from its original packaging an additional restocking fee of $3 must be included.

Please contact our Returns Department for an RMA number to exchange your current Cell Buckle product. If the Product meets the exchange requirements, the new product will be issued once it is received.

To obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) send an e-mail of your request to: returns@thecellbuckle.com.

Terms & Conditions

No products shipped hereunder may be returned without Cell Buckle LLC’s prior approval. In order to return a product, buyer must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and include proof of purchase. The product must be in undamaged and in “like new” unused condition. The product must be in total working order. No scratches or damage to the product whatsoever. Any product with a logo, seal or advertisement located on it must be in its original manufactured condition. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if we deem the product as damaged. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the product has been taken out of its original packaging. A copy of your original order or invoice MUST accompany any return. ALL COMPONENTS PERTAINING TO THE ORIGINAL PART MUST BE RETURNED OR NO REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.

Missing Item Fee

If any components of the returned item are missing when we receive it, NO REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Follow these easy steps when returning a product:

Exchanges- Include a check or money-order in the amount of $5.95(unopened) or $8.95(opened).

  • Pack the Cell Buckle and all components in a secure box.
  • Write your RMA# on the outside of the box.
  • Include a copy of one of the following: original order or invoice. (THIS MUST BE INCLUDED)
  • Select a shipping carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and note the date you shipped the package. You are responsible for the return until it has been received at our facilities. The tracking number and proof of delivery is vital for you if we have not received the returned package.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days from receipt of the return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed and either the replacement has been shipped or the refund has been processed.
