Extremely! The Cell Buckle grips your portable electronic device and clips onto any smooth rounded edge, such as a steering wheel or table end. You don’t need any extra tools for installation.
How does my smartphone or other device fit into the Cell Buckle?
To adjust the Cell Buckle to fit a smartphone, navigation system or MP3 player, simply extend the top and bottom parts of the Cell Buckle to a size that is somewhat larger than the device itself. Insert the device between the top and bottom parts. Push the top and bottom together until your device is held securely in place. Please make sure your device is secured before you begin moving your vehicle.

Will the Cell Buckle block the view of the instrument panel in my car?
The design of the Cell Buckle was made so it wouldn’t block your view of the instrument panel gauges. Just make sure you place it on the steering wheel at the 12:00 position. If you find that you have trouble seeing important gauges, position the Cell Buckle somewhere between the 11:00 and 1:00 positions on your steering wheel.
What if I get a call when my smartphone is in the Cell Buckle? Can I answer it?
Yes, but you should remain hands-free, such as with a bluetooth headset, microphoned earphones or speakerphone. The Cell Buckle makes it convenient to use a variety of devices while you are in your car, however, please use proper judgement as to when it is safe to answer a phone call.
Should I text, email, watch movies or other distracting applications on my smartphone when it is being used with the Cell Buckle?
Never. Do not dial, text or type while you are driving a car, riding a motorcycle or controlling a moving vehicle. It is against the law in many states to text or email while you are driving. Please don’t put yourself or others in danger by being distracted on the road.

No. The cord of your charger will greatly impair your driving.
I need to adjust the Cell Buckle and my device, but I’m still driving. Is this safe?
No. It is important to make all adjustments to the Cell Buckle or your device before you begin driving. Do not make any adjustments while you are in control of a moving vehicle.
How do I remove my phone, player or navigation system from the Cell Buckle?
If you are in a moving vehicle, first put your car or motorcycle in park. You can either slide the phone or device to one side until it is released from the Cell Buckle. Another option is to separate the top and bottom parts of your Cell Buckle to release your device.
If there is an accident, will the Cell Buckle interfere with the airbag?
The Cell Buckle attaches to the top of your steering wheel, and therefore should not be in the way of your airbag. Please make sure you are in compliance with all laws and instructions from the vehicle manufacturer when you attach the Cell Buckle to your steering wheel, handle bars or any other surface.
